If you’re reading this page you’re probably having trouble using the Resident Rewards App. Sorry about that. Let’s have a look at some of the common problems and see if we can help.
Basic IT stuff
We don’t need to tell you this stuff, but just in case you forget because you’re busy, here’s the basic stuff you should check when any app isn’t working how you’d expect.
1 . Remember you’ll probably need to be connected to the internet. If you’re reading this page, you probably are. If you want to be extra sure there’s nothing wrong with your connection, you can check it on Google’s Fibre speed test.
3. And maybe your device needs switching off and on again. It’s the first thing we’ll ask you to do, so it’s worth trying.
If you can’t see any rewards
In the offers list screen, drag down, and it will reload all the latest rewards. If you’ve checked the basic IT stuff and i’s still not working, it’s one of two things. One, there actually aren’t any rewards. Two, something’s broken. If you email us to tell us about the problem, we can tell you which one it is and (maybe) fix it.
If the reward you want is gone
The rewards are managed by the retailers and vendors so you’ll need to speak to them directly. Before you do, remember the reward has probably expired or been taken down for another reason, so you might never get that reward. If you really wanted that reward, tell the vendor. They’ll be glad to hear your feedback and might consider running the reward again.
If you think a reward is good, bad or unfair.
The rewards are managed by the retailers and vendors so you’ll need to speak to them directly. Before you do, remember that the app and almost all the rewards are free, so be kind if you complain.
